The Bridge Inn in Preston is a family-run pub and restaurant with a warm, welcoming feel and plenty of practical perks for an easy visit. Dogs are welcome, and the set-up is geared for relaxed gatherings, with food served, free WiFi, on-site parking, and a large beer garden for sunnier days. There is also an outdoor woodfire pizza oven, which adds a little extra temptation when “we’ll just have one” starts to wobble. Friendly rather than flashy, it is a reliable spot for lunch, dinner, or a laid-back drink where the whole group, including the dog, can settle in comfortably.
