The Jolly Sailor is a Greene King pub right on Poole Quay, with dogs welcome inside the pub and bar areas. The kitchen serves food daily from 11 am through to 9 pm most nights and you can settle in with your dog beside you while you eat.

Open seven days a week from 11 am (closing late on Friday and Saturday), it's a practical stop when you're exploring the harbour or threading through town with a damp dog in tow. The pub sits on the Quay itself, so you're already in useful territory for harbour walks and waterside sniff breaks.

Inside, dogs are welcome in the designated pub and bar seating areas, meaning the whole group can stay together over lunch or a pint. It's the kind of Quay-side pub that solves the where-can-we-go problem when you've got wet paws, hungry humans and a dog who'd rather not wait outside.
