K9 Woods is a private-hire secure dog field near Bournemouth, tucked into woodland at Heathfield Farm in West Parley. It offers two 6ft-fenced pens, each around half an acre, available for exclusive 55-minute bookings so reactive dogs, recall learners and over-enthusiastic sniffers can enjoy proper off-lead exercise without sharing the space. Each pen includes water bowls, a bench, waste bags, a bin and a bushcraft shelter for when the weather turns theatrical mid-session.
Sessions start from £10 and can be booked online. Parking is straightforward: turn into Heathfield Farm, follow the track and park near the footbridge. Dogs stay on lead until you reach the pen.
It is a handy option for Bournemouth-area dog owners who need private woodland exercise space for training, reactive-dog socialisation or simply letting a dog zoom about without worrying about recall wobbles or unexpected K9 encounters.
