Launceston Steam Railway is a heritage steam railway in Newport Industrial Estate near Launceston, offering train rides, a museum, shop and café. Dogs are welcome on site and can ride the train with you, making it a proper dog-inclusive day out in the Bude area.

Your dog can travel aboard the vintage carriages provided they're kept on a short lead and under control throughout the journey. They're welcome across the station areas and grounds, so you can explore the attraction together without juggling car trips or kennel guilt.

The on-site café is guide-dogs-only, but there's a visitor car park in Newport Industrial Estate with gates open from 10.30 am to 5 pm on operating days. The railway runs on selected calendar dates, so check the published timetable before you visit.
