Riber Pets is an independent pet shop on Crown Square in central Matlock, where dogs are welcome inside. It's a practical stop for visitors exploring the town with their dog, stocking pet food, accessories and everything you might have forgotten to pack. The shop sits right in the town centre, easy to reach during a day out in Matlock.

The shop runs a self-service dog wash, plus nail clipping and grooming, so if your dog has rolled in something questionable halfway through your Peak District break, help is at hand. It's the sort of place where muddy paws are expected rather than tolerated.

You'll find Riber Pets on Crown Square in the heart of town, making it easy to call in during a shopping trip or before heading out on a local walk. Parking is via nearby public town-centre spaces.
