Days Out Are For Dogs Too

Indoor Welcome Last Verified:

Rufford Old Hall is a National Trust Tudor house and estate near Southport, set in gardens, woodland and paddocks with a cobbled courtyard, tea-room and second-hand bookshop. Dogs on leads are welcome across the outdoor areas, making it a proper heritage day out where everyone can join in the exploring. Your dog can roam the North Woods and North Paddock, wander through the gardens and potter around the Cobbled Courtyard, all on a short lead.
The House and Orchard Paddock are off limits to ordinary dogs, so it's an outdoor adventure with plenty of sniffing and shade. The tea-room serves refreshments and there's on-site parking with designated mobility spaces close to the entrance.
Opening hours vary seasonally, so check before you travel. Admission includes the house, gardens, woodland and facilities, with group bookings available for parties of fifteen or more.
