St Nectan's Glen is a woodland waterfall attraction near Tintagel, around half an hour from Bude and a proper North Cornwall day out where well-behaved dogs are welcome across the whole site on lead. The glen walk follows a defined path through ancient woodland to a dramatic kieve waterfall, with café and shop on site for refreshments after the descent.

Dogs must stay on the lead throughout, but the full site is open to them, including the visitor areas. The route involves steps, steep terrain and potentially wet conditions, so steady paws and decent lead control make the visit smoother.

Entry is ticketed and there's an independent pay-and-display car park charging £3 for the day. It's the sort of destination that justifies the lead work—your dog gets a woodland adventure and you both get a waterfall worth the drive.

Dog Policy:

Well-behaved dogs are welcome across the whole site and must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
