Days Out Are For Dogs Too

Indoor Welcome Last Verified:

The Bull Courtyard Restaurant in Horncastle is a strong shout for a proper sit-down meal when the dog owner wants something more than a snack but still wants the day to feel easy. Dogs are welcome inside, so everyone can settle in together after a walk, when the dog is finally relaxed enough to stop scanning the room for falling crumbs. The courtyard setting adds a nice "slow down" feel, ideal for lingering over hearty comfort food and letting the pace of the day soften.
Expect friendly service and a steady hum of people enjoying themselves while the dog does the quiet, heroic work of staying settled. The restaurant serves tapas Thursday to Saturday evenings from 6pm, plus a Sunday carvery and light bites from 12pm to 2:30pm. The main pub bar offers food daily from 12pm, with a good selection of real ales and a warm, traditional atmosphere. Free parking is available to the rear with access off Banks Street.
A practical choice when everyone's hungry, the weather's turned, or you simply want a meal that doesn't involve pavement waiting or leaving anyone outside.
