The Red Gecko feels like a browse with a bit more sparkle and personality than the average gift shop stop. With eclectic wall art, mosaics, lighting, jewellery and homewares, it leans into statement pieces rather than forgettable filler, which makes it well suited to holiday visitors in treasure-hunt mode. The Bowness shop looks like the sort of place where you go in for a nose around and emerge debating whether a gecko-shaped lamp now counts as essential. Great for adding a little colour, texture and “we saw this and had to” energy to a town-centre wander.
