The Snow Goose is a country pub east of Inverness, where dogs are welcome inside the bar area alongside their humans. Food is served in the same space, so there's no need to split up or leave anyone outside while you eat. It's a useful stop for drivers, walkers and visitors heading out of the city, especially if you want a proper meal without the usual dog-dining shuffle.

The bar area keeps things simple: settle in, order at the table and let the pack supervise proceedings from floor level. Open Monday to Saturday from noon until 11pm and Sunday noon to 10.30pm.

The pub is part of the Vintage Inns group and the welcome for dogs is confirmed on their official dog-friendly pages. Water and treats are mentioned, though specifics aren't confirmed.
