The Tap House is a craft-beer pub in Lancaster where dogs are welcome inside. Settle in with real ales, craft beers and live music and your dog can supervise from under the table while food is served in the pub area. It's a straightforward drop-in for dog owners exploring Lancaster or visiting from nearby Morecambe.

The venue opens Wednesday to Friday from 3pm, Saturdays from 1pm and Sundays from midday, closing at 11pm most nights and 10pm on Sundays. Luxury baked dog treats have been mentioned by visitors, so there may be something on offer for four-legged guests.

After a walk around Lancaster's town centre or a trip over from the coast, The Tap House gives you and your dog a relaxed spot to refuel. The whole group can settle in together and there's no need to leave anyone tied up outside while you grab a drink.
