The Theberton Lion is a village pub in Theberton, near Aldeburgh, serving food and drink with dogs welcome inside. It's the kind of place where the whole group can settle in for lunch or an evening pint without leaving anyone in the car and the menu runs across lunchtimes and evenings from Wednesday to Sunday.

The pub offers free on-site parking, which takes the edge off arrival logistics when you're juggling leads and kit. Food is served in the dog-friendly indoor areas, so your table supervisor can keep an eye on proceedings from their usual spot.

Useful for walks along the Heritage Coast or inland around Theberton, the pub is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday evenings from 5pm. From Wednesday to Friday it opens at lunchtime and again in the evening, then stays open all afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays.
