Trackside is Buxton Brewery’s official taproom, sitting just outside the town centre on Staden Lane — the kind of place that doesn’t shout from the outside but absolutely delivers once you’re in. Part brewery bar, part warehouse hangout, it’s built around fresh beer, big space, and a proper social atmosphere.

Beer is the headline, poured as fresh as it gets straight from the source, with a rotating line-up of Buxton Brewery favourites, specials and guest pours across multiple taps. Food keeps things simple and satisfying — think smash burgers, fries and easy crowd-pleasers made with local ingredients.

What really sets it apart is the space. There’s one of the biggest beer gardens in Buxton for sunny days, plus a huge indoor setup with games (shuffleboard, pool, darts), live sport on a cinema-style screen, and regular live music and events. It’s the kind of place that flexes easily — quick pint, group hang, or a full “we’re staying here for hours” session.

A little out of the centre, but very much worth the detour.
