Trackside

Trackside is Buxton Brewery's official taproom, sitting just outside the town centre on Staden Lane — the kind of place that doesn't shout from the outside but absolutely delivers once you're in. Part brewery bar, part warehouse hangout, it's built around fresh beer, big space, and a proper social atmosphere. Dogs are welcome inside, so everyone can settle in together whether you're in the taproom or out in one of Buxton's biggest beer gardens.

Beer is the headline, poured as fresh as it gets straight from the source, with a rotating line-up of Buxton Brewery favourites, specials and guest pours across multiple taps. Food keeps things simple and satisfying — think smash burgers, fries and easy crowd-pleasers made with local ingredients. There's a huge indoor setup with games (shuffleboard, pool, darts), live sport on a cinema-style screen, and regular live music and events.

It's the kind of place that flexes easily — quick pint, group hang, or a full "we're staying here for hours" session. A little out of the centre, but very much worth the detour for a spacious, relaxed setting that suits dogs happy around a lively atmosphere.
