Windermere Jetty Museum Lakeshore Cafe sits on the shore of Lake Windermere, serving hot meals, lighter bites and drinks with dogs welcome inside. The kitchen serves food until 3pm, with tea, coffee and tray bakes available until 15 minutes before closing at 5pm daily, so there's plenty of scope for a sit-down stop with the whole group.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leads in the indoor seating areas and water bowls are on hand at the dog station. It's part of the Windermere Jetty Museum site, making it a handy add-on for visitors exploring the museum or walking the lakeside.

The cafe opens at 10am every day and with indoor dog access confirmed, there's no need to leave anyone outside while you refuel. A gift shop is also on site for those who like to browse between courses.
