Fyne Court is a National Trust estate near Minehead, set in the Quantock Hills with woodland, wildflower meadows and a managed network of paths. Dogs are welcome across the estate on a lead, making it a proper half-day outing rather than a quick loop. There's on-site parking, a courtyard café, bookshop and toilets, so you can settle in for a few hours of exploration.

The estate is open dawn to dusk daily and the courtyard café runs from 10:00 to 16:00. Dogs should stay on a lead throughout and close control is especially important around sheep and during sensitive periods. Part of the site is managed by Somerset Wildlife Trust and dogs aren't permitted in that reserve section, so keep to the signed National Trust areas.

It's a genuinely useful stop if you're staying in West Somerset and want a managed outdoor destination with facilities, not just a car-park walk. The meadows and woodland offer decent sniff variety and the courtyard gives you somewhere to regroup with a coffee while the dog settles at your feet.
