Pine Marten Bar & Scran is a dog-friendly pub near Aviemore where dogs are welcome inside the bar and designated indoor areas. Tucked on the edge of Glenmore, it makes a handy stop after exploring the forest trails or spending the day around Cairngorms National Park.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is plenty for humans to choose from, while dogs can enjoy a sausage of their own. Water bowls are readily available and complimentary treats are kept safely behind the bar, ready to be handed out with service.

Older dogs are particularly well looked after, with blankets often brought out to help them settle comfortably on the hard floor. With a warm indoor welcome, thoughtful touches and food served throughout much of the day, it is an especially useful stop when everyone returns from Glenmore ready to refuel and put their paws up.
