Sheringham Park is a National Trust landscape park and woodland estate about five miles west of Cromer, offering parkland, coastal views, marked trails and the dog-friendly Courtyard Cafe. Dogs are welcome off lead and under close control in designated areas across the estate, including woodland and cliff-top paths, making it a proper day-out destination for you and your four-legged walker. There are seasonal lead rules to protect ground-nesting birds: between 1 March and 31 July, dogs must be kept on a short lead throughout the park.

Outside that window, they're free to roam in the approved areas as long as they stay under close control. The Bower Garden is assistance dogs only and other signed restrictions apply, so keep an eye on the waymarkers as you explore. The Courtyard Cafe welcomes dogs on leads, so you can both refuel without heading back to the car.

Parking is about 60 yards from the entrance and costs £6.50. National Trust membership and access arrangements apply.
